Payments for services must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, and materials required for service delivery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by you remains your property. Maurya Hosting retains ownership of proprietary tools, code, and designs created for your project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Service Uptime and Support

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Patna, Bihar.
